Mike DiBuono currently works at Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ, as the capability lead for a Ballistic Missile Defense Future Weapons Studies effort. He recently completed the Engineering Leadership Development Program where he rotated in Weapons Systems Engineer, Cybersecurity, and Radar Systems Engineering for the US Navy's Aegis Weapon System. He also completed rotations focusing on Space Fence and Homeland Defense Radar Hawaii solid-state radars and Layered Laser Defense internal research and design opportunities. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in Mechanical Engineering with an Aerospace concentration and a Mathematics minor in 2015. He recently graduated with a Master of Science degree from Purdue University in Engineering Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree from Indiana University in Strategic Management. During his time at Rutgers, Mike formed the Mechanical Engineering Student Association, worked as a Learning Assistant teaching Physics 1, Physics 2, and Engineering Mechanics Statics, and competed in Interns Presents in 2015. He currently lives in New Jersey with his wife, daughter, and son.
